How to use the Acceptance Checklist
If you are unsure what the requirements of the Acceptance Checklist is each row will provide you with a reference number, where you can see exactly what information the airline ground handling agents are looking for when checking your shipments.
When you look at the regulations, you will see additional information regarding that particular aspect of the regulations. The Full Name and address of the shipper and consignee must include Name, Street, City and Country. Post or Zip if applicable
When you complete the Acceptance Checklist form there are 3 possible answers
YES – This means that this aspect of the regulations is required and has been completed correctly.
NO – This means that this aspect of the regulations is required and has been completed incorrectly or missed entirely.
N/A – This means that this aspect of the regulations is not required for this particular shipment.
If any of the questions result in a NO your shipment will be rejected..
